DREAM FOREVER HOME IN MIRANDA
Building this dream home for our clients was an absolute privilege. Having owned this section in the beautiful Hauraki District for over 10 years, our clients were waiting for the right time in their lives to be able to build. Fast forward to 2024, they had plans for their dream home drawn, including a modern 3-befroom, 2-bathroom home with a wellness room.
OFF-GRID FAMILY HOME
Our clients wanted a family home that included 5-bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with the master suite kept away from the kids. Add on an entertainment area, heated pool...and the home being completely off the grid. No worries.
HUMBLE FARM SHED TO SPACIOUS FAMILY HOME

STAND-OUT IN POKENO
Our clients were on the lookout for a section with enough area to design and build a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home including a double garage, media room with room for the kids trampoline and playgroup. The end result was a beautiful home that stood out from the rest on a suburban development.

Our clients wanted a 225m2 home taking some layout elements from our showhome which they loved. We built a stunning 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on a beautiful rural lifestyle section.
PUKEKOHE DEVELOPMENT
With an existing house on a section purchased by our clients, that needed to be moved to the front, they then wanted to construct 4 x 2 Storey 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom homes with internal garages out the back. Even during Covid, we managed to stay within budget.

With 2 sections purchased side by side with a total of 1900m2, we created 4 x standalone homes and 4 x duplex's for our client on this development site.

Our clients wanted to add and extra kitchen, laundry, bathroom to their beloved family home to create a self-contained granny flat. We also installed additional widened windows to take in the amaxing rural views.
DUAL LIVING IN RAMARAMA
Room for the extended family was considered in this design and construction of this shed-style home. Complete with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens complete with custom Kauri bench tops and vanities for a one in a kind build.
KITCHEN/DINING RENOVATION
Our clients loved their house but felt the standard small-ish kitchen let it down. We worked with them to create an extended space. Complete with sleek modern appliances that truly helped the area become the heart of the home.
